Deborah is the Founder of Rocco Law. Her practice is exclusively focused on representing the rights of injured workers.
The firm was started in 2003 with Deborah and her husband, James, representing the rights of individuals in personal injury, domestic and family law, workers’ compensation, disability and criminal matters. The firm handled many Union Contracts including the Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) as well as referred members from other Unions including UFCW Local 1776 Keystone State.
Deborah focused her practice exclusively on injured workers in workers’ compensation, disability and employment matters, fighting for their rights while obtaining millions in settlements over her thirty years of practice. In 2025, James merged his practice with Hofstein, Meyer, Rocco, Weiner and Finger, P.C., concentrating entirely on domestic and family law. As the sole shareholder, Deborah has never wavered in her practice or her fight to protect her clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
In addition to her practice, Deborah has been extensively involved in her community and in the Bar. Deborah has spent hundreds of hours volunteering and fundraising for public education, funding free and reduced lunch programs and other services for children in need as well as increasing access for mental health services. Deborah has also raised two sons, ages 26 and 23.
